FranchiseED (previously ‘Asia-Pacific Centre for Franchising Excellence’) is a non-for-profit organisation. We provide services to the franchise sector: education to encourage best practice; consultancy services; access and dissemination of quality franchise research. The revenue generated by these programs will help support the social enterprise programs of FranchiseED. The social enterprise goal for FranchiseED is to use the strength and size of the franchise sector for the social good and to educate, employ and improve the lives of socially and economically disadvantaged groups within the Australian community and abroad. Our director Kerry Miles has over 15 years of experience in the franchise sector. She owned a business (which she franchised) and was the General Manager of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Franchising Excellence at Griffith University for ten years. Most of our research and education materials were led by one of the world’s leading and most highly respected franchise researchers Professor Lorelle Frazer, who now holds the position of Head, School of Business at the Sunshine Coast University.
